Alaska finds itself as not only "the Last Great Frontier, But also, the New Frontier of Clean Energy; Clean Electricity and Water/Hydrogen Based Technology Energy.
Alaska recognizes the World is now becoming an all clean electricity and water/hydrogen based energy society.
Alaska has determined that our citizens Individual and Residential Clean Electricity and Water Life Essential Energy Needs are to be our First and Formost Priority in any and all matters of financial expenditures.
---Alaska recognizes its extensive natural, God given and shared abundance in clean, renewable, sustainable, and energy in harmony resources;
--- And our obligation to develop these clean and in harmony energy resources to our fullest capabilities as yet another PRIORITY of OBLIGAtions.
----All clean energy matters shall use as it foundations a reference to the
TOTAL AMOUNT of Clean Electricity AND WATER PER INDIVDUAL AND RESIDENTIAL ANNUAL ENERGY NEEDS AND AVAILABILITY = or in other words a formula
CLEAN ELECTRICITY ENERGY SHALL BE DEFINED AS = O > ZERO CARBON IN GENERATION OR PRODUCTION OUTCOME CRADLE TO GRAVE.

ALASKA ENERGY POLICY
Policy:
To Publicly Own without debt, Research, identify and appropriate funding, Discuss, Finance, Develop, Promote, and Generate Clean Electricity and Water Energy in abunance for the purpose of securing our Individual Residential life Essential Clean Energy Needs;
The above energy mandate and prioity shall be Based upon a Statewide population, Individual, and Residential annual needs formula and model.
eg: An estimate of example only is;
100,000 kwh per per year per dwelling X 500,000 residential dwellings =
50,000,000,000 kwh per year as max load ??? 50 billion kwh per year
50,000,000,000 divided by
as a # one Priority.
Maintain a State Wide Public Square Discussion
To identify revenue source, for the purpose of funding the promote, finance, maintain funding
public square discussions on energy platforms
FURTHER:
----There shall be no secret information status or standing by any means, involved
in the Generation, Transmission, Distribution, or Usage allocations of Clean Electricity and
Water energies
There shall be a stand Alone Energy Sector Department.
For the purpose of AN INDIVIDUALS' PERSONAL AND RESIENTIAL DWELLINGS ONLY
