# 1......We need a CONGRESS OF our ALASKAN ENGNEERS --
We need to invite all of our engineers of Alaska to have a 10 to 30 day long, on live camera, all day, congress or gathering..
We need to hear their opinions and ideas on developing the Cook Inlet area as a world renown Clean Energy Electricity and Hydrogen Generation Site as they and others review all of our options for the many projects we can initiate overnight.
We as the public should get to watch and listen to their opinions...The Congress of Alaskan Engineers should be hosted by Army Corps of Engineers, and two other world renown Hydroelectric Engineering Design teams..
#2....This Congress of Engineers and our people of Alaska should be attended by all citizens in viewing so we all can come together in understanding how we become a new season of beginning to become more than we were.
Clean Energy Unfolding is a large moment full of questions, apprehension, uncertainty and unknowns; But just a new creature, child, or plant is replicated by birth, so it is to be filled with excitement anticipation of a better and greater life experience to come forward.
#2a.... Remember, We seek each day to be a more free people in our lives; and we now understand that our life essential clean electrical and water energies are our missing piece we have sought for so long to be a more free people.
# 3....We need to invite President Obama, DOE, Ferc, and his Presidential Appointed Genesis Team up to Alaska and propose to our President that we become an accelerated Clean Energy Conversion Study Project and Request $10 Billion Dollars in Stimulus money for our Cook Inlet Area developments.
#4....It is, I believe, from our Anchorage/Mat area resource and project focus and concentration
we should spawn multiple water partnership revelations to our urban, rural, remote and isolated statewide areas of need. We should do this quickly and intelligently with the Internet and Technology of todays world.
