2..AND DECLARE AS A FIRST AND FORMOST OVERALL PRIORITY OF
our PERSONAL RESIDENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS SECTOR TO BE A STANDALONE DEPARTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT..OUTSIDE OF THE DEFINED SECTORS ABOVE.
2a..and we must all together as a community design a personal all electric residential model and formula for an annual allotment of electricity and water at nearly no charge ( almost) for that dwelling
2b...we must use this model of an all clean electric residence (1,000sq ft) and energy cost formula as a foundation for all current and future energy, personal, financial, enviornmental, tax, and other economic research, impact and developments...
2c...We must find a formula, form of recognition for the individuals who are outside the monetary support tax dollars for their livelyhood or living because these individuals are self-sufficient and non burdening on our government infrastructure they should be outside the normal revenues needed taxes. ( A COMPLEX DISCUSSION )
3..We need to send out a world wide questionaire to the top 10 department of energy use of each government and country showing them our inventory packet of assets and asking them to LIST AND CONTACT US WITH their list of their inventory packets and if they have need to buy or use any of ours... ( naturaly, we have open records and no fraud requirements to do business with us)
4..Ask on Camera and in Public for the Oil, Gas, Coal, Utilities Companies to explain to us with criminal and civil consequences what their plans are and their ideas are for our current and future energy projects developments are: WITH EMPHASIS ON
a.. THE TAPS LINE AND ITS MULTIPLE USES AND LIFESPAN, ANWAR, GAS DEV, ETC..
(taps line is important because OIL IS DEAD....(unless NO SAUDI OR GULF OIL CATSATROPHY) and we may be able, or it may be more profitable considering waiting untill 2018 to revamp the pipe itself to more hydrogen molecules content capable or build another lines beside the one their now.. b--First 1,000 Dwelling tax for the first 1,000 sq ft of living space + attached 10 x 20 garage located on the above first 75' X 75' property
c--Annual clean electricity and water allotment at certain pricing to encourage all clean electricity dwelling
