REALIZATION THAT ALASKA HAS LOST ITS SENSE OF PUBLIC OPENNESS, PRIORITIES, AND RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF ITS BEST INTERESTS FOR ITS CITIZENS
Our Alaska leadership has become devided, absent, innefective, visionless, and bogged down in old methods of thinking and public involvement; Oil and Gas Carbon Fuel Contaminated, Paralysed, and Compromised if not Corrupted.
OUR PROCESSES NEED TO BE RECONSTRUCTED ; THEY ARE FAILING US IN MULTIPLE AREAS NOW! WE HAVE LOST ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ACTIONS AND ARE RULING BY MONETARY REWARDS, bullying, AND FEAR OF INTIMIDATION methods.
AN OBLIGATION TO HAVE A HISTORICAL
WE NEED ACTION NOW !
1..We need a video, audio, Internet, technology X-MEN team assembled here in Anchorage to communicate collectively with each other as general citizenry on all aspects of Clean Energy. It is imperative we all come to the table to understand where we are going in energy and what our priorities are.
2..A LIVE, ON CAMERA, 30 DAY CITIZENS ENERGY CONGRESS ( all day 5 days a week)
3..INITIATE PILOT PROJECTS TO ENGAGE ALL CITIZENS
a..Anchorage and MatSu 10 year clean electricity raffle drawing to make 100 residential/occupied citizens free people -- to focus the minds of alaskans on clean electricity and energy in relationship to our familes and residential sector.
b..Auction off 100 electric vehicles of varius models to various sectors on behalf of all major auto dealers

4..It is a well known fact that higher levels of thought, discussion, dialog, problem solving, and innovation require a slower thought process than that of
"one way 3 minute moment comments" process which is currently being followed by our leadership.
We must prioritise and define our Energy Development Plans in public without secrecy, with full disclosure being mandatory, unhurried, and agendized discussions.
5..We must decide if we need to divide our society and communities into 2 distinct and separate groups of citizens;
a..Clean Electricity and Water interests
and
b..Fossil Fuel Interests
It appears to me we can no longer afford to have our clean energy leaders serving 2 masters at the same time . This state of or structure of leadership is no longer viable, it is cripling us and our economy,,,the level of bickering, misconduct upon public participationm, mistrust, deciept, deception, secrecy, compormise, corruption, uncertainty, disctaction, poralisys, and general malaise is simply overwhelming and mindnumbing in its scope and scale of participation in Alaska today.
6..We need the Oil and Gas industry to come before us, as the Alaskan public and declare under oath their intentions in several areas of interest to the people of Alaska.
The fact that these Corporate World Leaders in Fossil Fuel Feedstock Research, Development, and Generation have for so long not been held accountable to inform us is no longer acceptable at any price we might have to pay given the circumstance in and around our world and and Alaska today.
7..We must move for an immediate citizenship freeze for the next 15 years against all new outsiders ( first in time, first in line and blood relatives with p-fund certification)
8..All of our various sectors of our society must begin to assist us in learning and detailing out our new clean energy future... Examples of this are
9..FOSSIL FUELS ARE NO LONGER SUSTAINABLE FOR A VIABLE SOCIETY OF TODAY AND OUR FUTURE! ( I do think Oil and Gas has a 10-15 year wind down, but we need to see what role Alaska will play in selling and moving our oil and gas outside to others)
It is my opinion that Oil is a Body Down and Dying, A Dinasaur Fallen, A Dead or Dying Man Down..Oil is a time come and gone...So is piped gas!
We are headed to become a Star Trek Society moment in our history!
SHOW ME AND THE CITIZENS OF ALASKA I AM WRONG IN THIS BELEIF !
But, you just make sure you show me without lying, corruption and a one way discussion.
