SOMETHING DOES NOT MAKE SENSE ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF
ALASKAS OIL, GAS, clean electricity AND RENEWABLES..!!
ALASKAS MISSING PIECE IS ITS CLEAN ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE.. THERE IS NONE ALMOST NONE FOR WHAT ITS RESOURCES ARE..... WHY ? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OMMISSION?
ALASKA IS TECHNOLOGY DARK !;
HARDLY ANY CLEAN ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURES !
LEADERS OR MOST OFFICIALS REFUSE TO USE THE WORDS HYDROGEN GAS WITH CARBON OR WITHOUT CARBON...MYSTERY
THE ONLY REASON FOR NATURAL GAS TO MOVE OUTSIDE OF ALASKA IS:
1.. TO MAKE HYDROGEN GAS,
2.. TO POWER LARGE CARBON DEPENDANT INDUSTRIAL USERS, FOUNDARIES, STOCK HOLDER INVESTOR OWNED ELECTRICAL GENERATION PLANTS.
3.. LARGE CARBON DEPENDANT TRANSPORTATION USERS...SHIPS, PLANES, LARGE TRUCKS,
All sectors are now headed to clean oxygen, hydrogen and electricity energies....CARBONLESS.
There are hydrogen refueling and electric and air plug in stations going in several states and countries around the world......See my list of States and Cities.

I have reached the conclusion that CARBON as a fuel IS DEAD!
There will be no more oil leaving the state of Alaska.. ( especially with the TAPS line being 2/3 empty over the last 30 years and new clean energy technologies)
Oil is the first body down, and Coal should be next; Piped Gas (called natural) will survive for a while as it can be used to generate HYDROGEN
(note: It is understood that some of Large and Heavy Industries along with the down stream products will always need some Carbon Feedstocks)
The capital investment flows with their inclination in partnership with true free enterprise
markets and systems are telling us "They are leaving Carbon; Carbon is DEAD from an investment view.
The new frontiers of investments and growth are clean energies,,, DE-CARBONING of our planet and at the same time building the new clean energy infrastructures and generation design projects

The carbon/fossil distribution network system and associates did this to themselves by their own conduct reflected by the last 30 years of their agregious actions......
There is no where or way to invest in carbon for the TRUE FREE MARKET ENTERPRISE SYSTEM ! The carbon has simply distroyed itself and other markets by trying to parasite hydrogen and other fuels for a free ride by them and their financial freinds....

Ref: Knik Arm Bridge Crossing
I rise not in favor of, or against the Matanuska River Crossing; But rather,
I would suggest to you that you have an opportunity to redesign our future for the benefit of all Alaskans for generations to come.
An opportunity to be inclusive of all of us in a project to benefit all of us..
There is a need to explain this opportunity...For Example:
By using large tonnage ships of one kind or another, with hull life spans of up to 40 years, ice impact capable, moveability by upfloating, and other flexability rich assets, we could use the ships as PYLONS, and we could put windows in hulls to study under water accoustics, fish, balugas, ice flows, silt, etc...
AND we could place generators in and on the ships/barges to generate electricity to study under water turbines and water flows,, etc..
We could make clean and green hydrogen gas and test underwater high voltage cables and small to mid scale electricity generators for use in remote villages who live next to many rivers and coastlines throughout Alaska.
Virtually all of Alaskas many groups and enterprises could benefit from this REDESIGN water body crossing here in Anchorage and Mat Su Valley in many, many ways.
AND, it is my opinion that those impacted the most, which i presume is the Government Hill Community should recieve an annual allotment of Clean Electricity at no charge..
This electricity would be enough so as to convert their homes to all electric including their transportation as one Electric Vehicle per Houshold..
The reasoning here is we would be able to launch our new next great social evolution and be able to be excited for all of its participation in enriching all of our ideas and understanding of where we are headed in a "Quality of Life Lifestyle" by understanding and stablizing our Individual and Residential Clean Electrical Energies and Water needs.
Now, there are many other considerations and postive points to discuss, but it will take leadership and an inclusion of the public

In closing,
It is my position that this COMMUNITY VALUE RICH RE-DESIGN suggestion is in line with President Obamas Priorities with the Clean Energy Mandates and could accelerate this project if you redesign this right..
