Setting aside any differences we all have in some way or another:

(Energy is a very large plate issue if you have not been exposed, and conditioned to withstand its Contrived Complexities constructed by the fossil fuel distribution network system and associates...)
I think you guys get the big picture; Or at least enough to put it together.. so here goes....

Mr OB,
You have set into motion many avenues or areas of activity or stimulus, like Healthcare, Education, Energy, Financial Markets local and world, Home Mortgage, etc...

But; Sir
----LOCAL CLEAN ENERGY ELECTRICITY GENERATION AND IMPLIMENTATION is
truly the TRUMP ISSUE !
!!!You need to catch traction and hold ground quickly in this sector ! !!!
I know you have moved with lightening speed and you have my attention and support in your well intended and committed endeavors, so far.
You have done what you can do.. But it is time to make the big move!

In my opinion you really have to advance quickly and fearlessly with consice surgical like precision further into the Clean Energy Retooling and RESIDENTIAL Electrification of America. NOW!
( by now the battle will most likely become more sophisticated and refined as the opposing sides become more familiar with each other -- and shake outs, weedings, or failures will be next to come)
You have to be even more bold in the next Energy Stimulus ( you have covered yourself with all of the Shovel Ready, education, health, etc..) moves you make.. It is the Clean Energy Projects Initiation.

1---There is no stability in any sector without STABLE CLEAN ELECTRICITY ENERGY and POPULATION FOUNDATIONS ! PERIOD !

2---FOUNDATION ENERGIES are CLEAN ELECTRICITY and WATER (Hydrogen Gas)
( with clean renewable electricity and water to my homei can hold society calm and rational with - heat, light, cooking, tooling, food growing, communications, transport, protection, and a safe and calm neighborhood)

3---FOUNDATIONAL APPLICATIONS ARE TO PERSONAL RESIDENTIAL AND TRANSPORTATION NEEDS with allocation and use formulas of accountability (small commercial will come right along) for "The Electrification of America Retooling"

4---GENERATION and short distance run TRANSMISSION OF CLEAN ENERGY PROJECTS to serve #3 should be your absolute no retreat, now, hold the line, stay focused, and center of attention for all eyes and minds.
An old fashioned barn raising like event; where all community sectors leave temp occupations and help build these two areas.

5----This critical phase of our AMERICAN CHALLENGE will require us the Government to bring on board large amounts of good and God fearing ENGINEERS, ACCOUNTANTS, etc or oversee of A CORE OF ENGINEERS to assist and enforce the quality of these # 3 and # 4 projects.

This GENESIS SEED Clean Energy project will become a world renown site for Several Cold Water with Ice generation and research applications hub not just for the world, but for the rest of Alaskas vast river, coastal, water body rich rural areas.

In my opinion You have to make happen, and wedge into our homes, a persons ability to hold on to Clean Energy; To feel energy ownership, stability, calmness, and community, which should install a sense of involvement, participation, and future possibilities, OR HOPE!
Oxygen, Water, and Electricity are needed for us to survive and hold dwellings and have family...
Our energy suppliers policies have so maligned amd mamed our society that I am concerned that if you cannot introduce CLEAN ENERGY to our homes and cars along with our public ownership stability formula/policy quickly,,Then, you cannot possibly hold ground in order to clean up our many other sectors of concern..
ENERGY IS THAT IMPORTANT for our homes and personal transportation..

All of the others, like health, finance, and others are not survival. They are after the thought amenities..

PS.. I am concerned;
I dont see the oil companies and their deep financial and political allies changing any fossil fuel mentalities!
-If they are, its being done quietly..Why is this, given their vast MULTIPLE energy economy infrastructure, product awareness, cause and impact, capabilities?
ALSO-
You need to drop the TERM FUEL EFFICIENCY for "ENERGY EFFICEINT" or 'ELECTRIC AND WATER ENERGY EFFICIENCIES.
