Ref: Upcoming 6-23-09 LIO meeting - Alaska fossil fuel resource development and
revenue generation plan progress and update hearing
Ladies and Gentlemen,
First,
let me make mention that the public notice of a hearing/meeting/update attached is a first class notice..
I thank you for such a content professional, timely and informative notice.
If i may suggest, please consider the following;
1.Somewhere on the notices attach-
--a time the message was sent/released
--origin of office who sent/released the message
--and a " link to " a list page that shows us which media outlets and their responsible party
who received this public service/interest event message
This way we can personally take those public media representatives to task for not being responsible for informing us the citizens of Alaska of these important events...
2... FREE PARKING -- Please make happen by; written notice to, demand of, hereby be it so, a parking lot or location so we can park without having to PAY MONEY TO BE INVOLVED IN OUR GOVERNMENT...
If i may suggest;
Please notify the Anchorage parking authority that we have an important public event;
----- and there is to be no tow or parking fee charged to those attending.
AND,
---the LIO will advise those attending the LIO guard will issue blue sheets of paper to place
on the dash below the windshield....
---and certain parking lots and surrounding LIO street parking places are available to
be used for those attending this hearing.
---If you have a problem with our parking needs; Some form of PUSH BACK or denial to
do this
---you can show us the letters so we can see who would dare to deny citizens access to their government..
( You dint need to be lectured,,, but these meetings are historical and important public events that transcend profiteering by a few )
3...INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL CLEAN ELECTRICITY ENERGY DEVELOPMENTS AND
PLANNING discussions NEED TO BE A MATTER OF PRIORITY DISCUSSIONS at
nearly all and every hearings, meetings, scoping, events.. I will spare you my written
defense of this concern.
4..I am concerned about a lack of public testimony participation in many of our events lately
---( especially the "by invitation only" events )
---My position is, that all events should mandate public rights to testify and the public be encouraged to do so.
-----There are many innovative, fair, and reasonable ways to do this....
--BUT for me, the public testimony timing is important because we can say things you may not be able to say or you may need said as relevant information introduced to give foundation for deeper questioning...
Please allow me to suggest to you a very important POSITION for you as our representatives on our and your behalf...
This question below as it is, should be posed to each and every Fossil Fuel Resource Corporation Representative..
A) No Discussion should begin without this data and its review and update at
each meeting;
B) Along with Residential Clean Electricity Energy Development and Planning
progress and accountability.
C) Time lines-detailS
In today's world, THIS IS VERY, very, very IMPORTANT!
( Just one of the reasons this important is because it puts everyone on the same page from the "get go"; A kind of heads up as to any approaching concerns.)
AND
(I am cncerned that from here on out, it is most likely, Electricity and Piped cabon laiden Hydrogen Fossil Fuel Gas supplies ( and prop taxes) are going to ROUSE, ROCK and RULE the world by one moment to moment of potential uncertainty in pricing and availability after another!)

5...PLEASE MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE ENERGY COMMITTEES AND THE PUBLIC
AN EASY TO UNDERSTAND comprehensive and DETAILED SERIES OF PIE,
BAR, and FLOW CHARTS SHOWING AND DEFINING FOR US:
WHERE EXACTLY YOUR GAS USAGE MARKETING RESEARCH BELIEVES THE BULK OF OUR ALASKA NATURAL GAS MOLECULES WILL BE DESTINED FOR ;
by
---DEFINING their flowing into MARKET users,
--PASS THROUGH MARKET users ,
AND
---IN LINE market users who are PRODUCERS
--OF any and all END PRODUCTS THEMSELVES.
AND
WHERE OUR ALASKA GAS WILL NOT BE HEADED FOR. WHY?
AND
A LIST OF WHO OR WHAT OTHER MAJOR GAS DEPOSIT SOURCES you think OUR ALASKA GAS WILL BE COMPETING WITH.( i.e. gulf, McKenzie,central eastern states, Texas, Colorado + others, etc.)
AND
TIME LINES -- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT !!! AGAIN... TIME LINES !!!,,,,Each meeting has to have these as the opening mandatory discussions prior to any further or next discussions
7...((ps - its a small thing,,, but would you have each one of these companies and their persons individualy define for us or give us their definition of the term
"GAS MOLECULES" for the official record? ))
(((** I am not real sure of this one, but i think you need to ask them to show us a good pie chart showing us the GAS COMPOSITION AT THE WELL HEAD PRIOR TO EXIT AND THEN, JUST AS IT ENTERS THE PIPELINE..my instincts tell me we need this data.... Gas Molecules may be a major discussion later **))))
In closing,
If you need additional help because your staffs are over tasked in some way with testimony questions, accommodations, research, etc... Please, reach out to the community for volunteers to help... research gas molecules end product or detailed down stream values, or
LIKE NO PARKING FINES, I would be more than happy to represent you as our leaders on behalf of your informing them of "First order of things" .
