c--Prepare for a new and fast changing clean energy world/planet
d--I have concluded that Alaska Economic, Enviornmental, Intellectual, and World Historical representation are in the greatest of need to be spoken for and on behalf of all Alaskans together.Therefore,
I am well aware of more and more Alaskans meeting in small groups of energy concerns and feel that all alaskans should participate in this near Energy Emergency Moment for our homes and families
If jobs are not available it is imperative we have clean electricity and water for our residential sector of loved ones and families.. all electric homes is more important than jobs in the long run and short run.
Alaska has multiple simultaneous economies that all need attention and balance in their priority of development and investment allotments... These are or may be so large we have to partner with the federal govt in order to do them all..
Any professional would feel compelled to do the same... Plan for an unexpected event in a responsible and advance moment of preparation ..We all agree these times certainly qualify for unpredictable and close in impacts capable.
2..Our Eklutna, Bradley, and other Hydroelectric dams clean electricity be 20% of its generation to be raffled off for the next 5 years for a 10 certificate of free electricity winners
We must not forget our mission of America which is to be a more free person and Energy along with property and dwelling is perhaps our most needed.
Besides if we put Clean Electricity into your all electric dwelling, we move out the nat gas and gasoline to be sold to others and we make more money for our citizens immediately.
3.. Made a formal request to GM Chevy Volt, Nissan and other American to provide Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, and Kenia to be designated Plug in Cities which will bring millions in for EV plug stations and 5-20 100 mile range ev for study and trial purposes.
4..A formal request of our President to Designate Anchorage/Mat-Su as the first all clean electric cities on the Planet. bring our Army Corps of Egineer, other budget oversights,
Funding, ships, conversion of our , wave off ferc.
5..ALL OF OUR ""INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL CLEAN ELECTRICITY LIFE ESSENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS"" SECTOR FROM NOW ON WILL BE A STAND ALONE ENERGY DIVISION OF ALASKA FOR ITS PEOPLES AND FAMILIES ONLY..

and SPECIAL PROJECTS political complexities and revenue ownership struggles
laiden energy management affairs.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Distinguished Leaders, and Fellow Citizens,
I was recently invited to have coffee with some people who like myself are concerned about our RESIDENTIAL CLEAN ENERGY PLAN for ALASKA.
The discussion became a much longer when i was asked
"What would you have us do now, at this moment, that would be minimal cost and still have impact ? What or where is your starting point?"
And I answered;
First, i would publish as a matter of forewarning, timely notice, and of public record that we as a community gathered in persuit of common benefits, can no longer sustain unpredictable, unaccountable, and of outside origined home enrgy price increases without taking action.
AND THEN,
"You need to declare that all individual residential clean electricity and water energy needs will be represented as a stand alone ENERGY SECTOR, with its own DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTABILTY, FINANCE, OVERSIGHT, GENERATION DEVELOPMENT, AND ENERGY DIRECTOR."
( The director should be a kind of RESIDENTIAL CLEAN ENERGY RANGER OR MARSHAL, WHOS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PROMOTE THE OVERALL WELFARE AND STABILITY OF OUR HOMES CLEAN ENERGY NEEDS FOR ALL OF US. )
The other sectors of Commercial, Institutions, Industrial/Maunfacturing, Military and Special Projects would be outside of our RESIDENTIAL clean energy needs department!
( keep in mind that Commercial will most likely want to shadow us (residential) as we do share many common needs and applications even though the average Commercial Electricity Use is usually around 10 times that of a residential annual user per year.)
This "stand alone individual residential clean energy sector department" action would create a positive atmosphere, allowing us to focus all together on our individual homes and families energy priorities ( at a time in which we may need to take special action in common with our dwellings so as to maintain quality of life and stability due to unpredictable energy aand other markets;) Without being hindered by incompitent, corrupted, cash whipped political Influences, or clean energy planning poralysis brought on by the various energy revenue power struggles and complexities we see woven into and around the
COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING, MILITARY and Special Projects energy needs and requirements.
This NEW INDIVIDUAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEAN ENERGY DEPARTMENT must be without any doubt ( or reproach ) obligated to the welfare of a stable residentail community of which we all belong to in one way or another...

Our now future clean energy development for ourselves, families, homes and personal transporatation are exilerating, exciting, and now moving at lightening speed.
